Step 1
Setup Your Programme & Invite Participants
Setup your mentoring program – or programs. Yes, you can run multiple programs in parallel, with ease. Supported, all the way, with your dedicated account support from PushFar. Set your registration questions, matching algorithm, approval processes and add your own branding, phraseology and logos.
Then, invite your participants to join. Upload CSV and Excel® Spreadsheets, integrate with HRIS and Single Sign-On solutions, or send unique registration links to your employees, students, membership communities or just about any other participants you wish to.
Step 2
Start Mentor Matching
With PushFar’s platform, you are in control. You have three options for matching. You can give the power over to our intelligent matching algorithms to pair mentors and mentees, you can carry out matching as an administrator or you can allow individuals to choose their own mentor or mentee from suggested mentoring matches.
Our matching looks at key focus areas of mentoring, which you, as the program administrators, can define. We combine this with availability and mentor capacity, location, keywords and a range of other data sets from people’s profiles. You can then add any of your own rules too.
Step 3
Drive Mentoring Engagement & Activity
Once mentors and mentees are paired up and matched, they can manage their mentoring relationships through the platform. Participants can schedule mentoring meetings, set and track their goals and even conduct their meetings through the platform, with our built-in video and phone calling. You can integrate Outlook® and Google® calendars and Microsoft Teams® too!
What’s more, as well as direct mentor management, you can enable forum functionality to build communities, share events and encourage networking between participants as well.
Step 4
Track & Report on Mentoring
As well as running engaged, easy and effective mentoring programs, you have complete control over matches and mentoring. You have the ability to delve into details, within your own PushFar administration panel. You can view mentoring pairs, track their progress, understand engagement and even send out feedback surveys.
Further to our in-depth mentoring reports, you can easily and quickly enable or disable approvals, matching criteria, branding and logos, phraseology, emails, Single Sign-On (SSO) integration and much more, all behind a secure 2-factor authenticated platform.
